Delete Your Account

If you wish to delete your ManageGymX account and all associated data, please follow the steps below.

How to Request Deletion

Send an email to aera.connect555@gmail.com with the subject: "Account Deletion Request".

Information to Include

• Your registered phone number
• Your name (optional)

What Happens Next

• Your account and associated data will be permanently deleted within 7 days
• You will receive a confirmation once deletion is completed

Data Retention

Certain data may be retained if required for legal or compliance purposes.

Request Partial Data Deletion

You may also request deletion of specific data without deleting your account.

To request partial data deletion, send an email to aera.connect555@gmail.com with the subject: "Partial Data Deletion Request".

• Specify what data you want to delete (e.g., member data, profile details)
• Provide your registered phone number for verification
